Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Keystone Hockey Summer Camps

All individual cancellations must be received in writing by mail, or e-mail to Keystone Hockey Academy. Cancellations will not be accepted by phone. For purposes of a refund, the postmark of the cancellation letter/email will determine the date received by the Sport Camps office. Refunds are subject to cancellation fees associated with basic operating costs. Campers, and families, who submit a refund after the conclusion of camp will not receive a refund.

Small Group Clinics

Refunds will not be issued for clinics. Be sure to check the family calendar before booking a session to avoid scheduling conflicts.
